But how to consume enough of these vital nutrients?You can cook them and shrink them

down in size to consume bigger amounts ,but this will decrease the beneficial enzymes

and living energy in the food.Or you can blend them together with seasonal fruits to make a 

delicious and healthy GREEN SMOOTHIE packed with Vitamins and Minerals!

All you need is a blender,greens and fruit!

WHAT GREENS CAN I USE ?

Basically you can use all kind of green leaves.From Spinach to Kale.all types of Salads,but also

any Herbs and of course it is the best to use the greens that are in season where you live.

There is such a big variety of leafy greens!

Beside all those obvious greens do not forget about all the vegetable leaves.KEEP THE TOPS!

All the tops of various root vegetables,that we usually through into the compost bin,are way more nutritious than the root itself!For example you can use the carrot greens,beet greens,

radish greens,fennel greens etc...Keeping this in mind you will always have a big variety of green to use!

ROTATE YOUR GREENS!

Leafy greens and other plant foods contain an antinutrient called oxalate(oxalic acid).

Oxalic acid is a compound found in many plants but also in coffee,cacao and white bread.

Most foods with oxalates are very healthy and contain important antioxidants,fiber and other

nutrients.Healthy people can consume oxalate rich foods without problems.

If we do not eat the same food every day the oxalates will not build up.

So do not worry to drink Green Smoothie every day ,just make sure to rotate your greens.You do not need to rotate them every day , and if you eat with the seasons it naturally happens anyway!

WHAT IS BETTER THAN GREENS?

WILD edible greens are amazing!Thay are green and they are for free!They are the true 

nature Superfood and the highest in nutrition.They can act like a supplement,

Wild herbs and weeds have a longer root system and so they can reach minerals wich are not

available in the depleated top soil.They are not hybride.

They are more sustainable for the planet as they are local food!Eating local means that greens growing in your area are the most beneficial for you!They fight the same bacteria and the same microbes as your bodyis ,but they are probably much better in it than your body is,as they are nurished by the energy of the sun!

So if you feel like getting sick,eating a wild edible from your backyard will give you the best

anti-sickness boost for your immune system!
